Diabetes And Diet Breakfast Recipes

This is a good breakfast treat, it is high in protein and easy to make.

Ingredients

3 oz of cottage cheese (low fat)

3 oz fat free vanilla yogurt

4 tsp pecans

4 tbsp granular cereal (low fat)

2 strawberries sliced

1 kiwi pealed and sliced

8 fresh blueberries

Directions

Blend the cottage cheese and yogurt in a blender until mixture is has a creamy consistency and is smooth.

In a 8oz glass put two tablespoon of the mixture into the glass

Add the half of the pecans and granular

Add the strawberry and fresh blueberries an kiwi.

Next add two tablespoon of the cream mixture and repeat the layered method above

Please note: You can use any of your favorite fruit to this recipe or substitute it for the fruits we used above.
